About Apex

We work for policyholders. Only policyholders.

Apex Public Adjusting was built on a simple idea: when disaster strikes, the people who've paid their premiums for years deserve an expert in their corner. We're licensed public adjusters serving VA, WV, MD, PA, OH — and we never represent insurance companies.

Our Mission

To level the playing field between policyholders and the insurance companies they rely on — and to make sure no one settles for less than their policy owes them.

Who We Are

An advocate on your side of the table

A public adjuster is a licensed insurance professional who works exclusively for the policyholder — not the carrier. When you file a claim, your insurance company assigns its own adjuster to evaluate the loss. That adjuster works for the company.

We're the counterbalance. Apex documents the full scope of your damage, interprets your policy, prepares the claim, and negotiates directly with the insurer so you don't have to. Our job is to pursue the fair, fully-supported settlement you're entitled to.

Why representation matters

  • The carrier's adjuster is paid by — and accountable to — the insurance company.
  • Policy language is complex, and undocumented damage is rarely paid.
  • First offers are starting points, not final values.
  • You only get one shot to file your claim correctly.
Our Values

What we stand for

Policyholders First

We answer to you alone. Every decision we make is in the interest of the person who filed the claim.

Relentless Advocacy

We document thoroughly and negotiate hard, because details and persistence are what move a settlement.

Total Transparency

Plain-language updates and honest expectations at every stage — you always know where your claim stands.

Disciplined Process

A consistent, proven method that makes sure nothing about your loss is overlooked or undervalued.
